Recent Development In Engineering Insurance

BEST AVAILABLE Wishes!

This beautiful child's drawing
accompanies all my wishes
for New Year 2011!

These are the children of an orphanage in Nepal that has produced this beautiful work. This organization was established there for fifteen years, in 1993. Each building has high stone after stone, every corner of the garden has been carefully cultivated, and the place is now a haven for these children without parents, and educators who help them in their development.

How Does Light Whitening Work

My beautiful films Winter

I love these films revisit the winter, the fireplace, one of three cats on his lap. Large feelings, doubts, love against reason, especially because the state ... yes, These are tragedies, but so well filmed and interpreted. Unlike The Princess of Cleves, a magnificent film as well (with Marina Vlady and Jean Marais), these beings have chosen to follow the path of Heart. But if La Princesse de Cleves died for not succumbing, Rudolph, Mary, Anna, and Yuri (Doctor Zhivago) were also to have lived their passion ... Beautiful works of the 7th Art that we whisper in his ear and we cherish the soul ... get out your handkerchiefs!

The most historic MAYERLING , Terence Young, released in 1968, with Omar Sharif, Catherine Deneuve, Ava Gardner, James Mason - In Vienna, Rudolf, Crown Prince unhappily married, falls in love with a Baroness and takes advantage of student protesters ... they will not survive their passion, but the name of the place of the tragedy continues to invoke in the hearts of the Austrians, far from the bustle of the city. Indeed, Mayerling is the name of a village in the suburbs of Vienna. It is also the name of the famous hunting lodge where, January 30, 1889, Archduke Rudolph of Austria heir, son of Emperor Franz Joseph of Austria first and Empress Elisabeth, called Sissi, is found dead with his mistress, Baroness Mary Vetsera.

Most Classic: Anna Karenina based on the novel by Leo Tolstoy, published in 1877. Anna Karenina is a film by Bernard Rose released in theaters in 1997, with Sophie Marceau, Sean Bean, Alfred Molina - The loves of Anna, married to a senior official of fifty years (Karenina) with a dashing cavalry officer, Count Vronsky. Their passion will shock the high society of Tsarist Russia where one does not trifle with moral principles. When Karenina sees the obsession with his wife, he threatened to divorce him and take custody of their son. Anna is devastated. She is expecting a child Vronsky. Between reason and passion his choice will have dramatic consequences and seal his fate ...

And the most romantic, Doctor Zhivago , of course, David Lean, based on the novel by Boris Pasternak (published in 1957 and won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1958) . The film was released on screens in 1965, with Omar Sharif, Julie Christie, Geraldine Chaplin, Alec Guinness, with the wonderful music by Maurice Jarre - Dr. Zhivago is conscripted into the army at the beginning of the October Revolution . Began a long exodus that separates it from the woman he loves. This idealistic Russian doctor will be tossed into the whirlpool of history, between a life consistent with his wife and a passionate affair with his mistress.

All these films are available on DVD, buy new or used really cheap on the Internet ... We wish you nice evening!

Angel, do you know the anguish? Case

Angel of gaiety, do you know the anguish,
Shame, remorse, tears, troubles,
And the vague terrors of those awful nights
Who compress the heart like a paper that offends?
Angel of gaiety, do you know the anguish?

Angel of goodness, did you hate
The clenched fists in the darkness and the tears of gall, When Vengeance
swing hellish reminder
And our faculties is the captain?
Angel of goodness did you hate?

Angel of health, do you know the Fevers
Who along the high walls of the hospice wan,
Like exile, moving from a laggard foot,
seeking the sun and rarely moving his lips?
Angel of health, do you know Fevers?

Angel of beauty, do you know wrinkles,
And fear of aging, and the hideous torment
From reading the secret horror of devotion
In our eyes he once drank hungry eyes !
Angel of beauty, do you know wrinkles?

Angel of happiness, joy and light,
dying David had asked health
the emanations of your enchanted flesh;
But I beg of you, angel, your prayers ,
Angel of happiness, joy and light!

Toltec Agreement No. 2: Whatever happens, do not take it personal!

"Just by applying this second agreement," said Don Miguel, "you begin to break dozens of smaller agreements that make you suffer."

Do not take things personally: it is indeed out to others the power given to him to judge us, criticize us, to harm us. It stop attaching importance to the opinions of others, not spend more energy defending an ideal image of themselves against criticism or to try to feed her with compliments.

In practice, however, take whatever happens to us personally is the norm. The slightest remark offends us, irritate us or saddens us. And we can realize that while understanding the relevance of this second agreement Toltec, many have difficulty in applying it. Indeed, it is difficult to apply for an injunction "Do ... not ":" OK, I am not a personal matter, but then ... I'm what? Doe's an idiot (e) or incompetent (e), insults or humiliates me: how to react other than personally? .

A first key is to change center of gravity in the relationship. Instead of taking care of me, of what they say about me, how others behave towards me, I'm looking for another, what his attitude and his words say about him and not from me, as I hear it talking to me about him from me? An opinion that has relevance based on the perspective from which it emits. Courteline This was highlighted with humor: " Get treated like an idiot by a moron is a gourmet delight of . I would add "to be treated by incompetent incompetent is a nice icing on the cake ... . For whoever calls me pathetic or especially since no one tells me of how proud he considers me up. Why give weight to an opinion, if the point of view from which it emanates does not seem fair, not reliable?

Children, said Don Miguel, is through the eyes of parents and adults that we formed an image of ourselves, we have learned (or thought to learn) who we were, "you're ugly" , "you are zero (the) ',' you're too slow (e)", etc.. We accepted these judgments, believing the viewpoint of reliable adults. These qualifiers have had an impact on us because we gave our consent to what we were saying about us.

Adult, became aware of the limitations and relativity of points of view of those who have labeled it our responsibility to break the agreements that limit us and make us dependent on the opinions of others. Similarly, it behooves us to conclude the agreement not to accept, taking them personally, opinions and judgments of others that most often reflect the biased view of those who issue them. An important agreement

broken to stop taking things personally, is one of believing (as explained above, this comes from our childhood) than others know us better us. In reality, no one in our head or our heart in our body: no one knows better than me what is happening inside me, what moves me, why I get up in the morning, what are my intentions my ideals, my fears, etc..

But beware, do not take things personally does not mean not taking them at all! Any return to the caller saying, is your point of view, this is your problem is your vision of things, etc.., Leads to retreat into a bubble where there is more exchanges with others. The gaze of others upon us is never uninteresting: it has something to teach us, that either on themselves or on the other (by the reactions it triggers in us, in particular).

Thus, its own calibration, it is not fluctuating in the opinion of others that we must seek, but in itself, preferably by establishing it from the stable benchmarks provided by the great spiritual principles of truth and wisdom ...

Good job!

Sandal Gap And Balance

Because Vézelay worth it!

Nothing yet quantified given the scope of work, but millions of euros are the key to the site of Vezelay and surroundings.

The prefect of the Yonne, Pascal Lelarge, not the traits of Santa Claus. Neither his white beard and thick silhouette, let alone the red suit. Yet, last Thursday at the Town Hall of Vezelay, in a council which was devoted entirely, it could be perceived that way. Not because the year-end party approach, but rather follows the recent visit of the Head of State in Vézelay. On 30 September, President Sarkozy had promised the local government that would provide funds for the preservation of the site (Hill and basil) Vezelay, World Heritage Site by Unesco and yet widely supported financially by the municipality under 500 inhabitants.

Take risks, but safe to say

While not out of his sack a large "Gift" encrypted - but it is rumored that it would be several tens of millions of euros, "I have a suggestion for the renewal of the site of Vezelay" has plainly announced in the preamble Prefect, alongside Senator-Mayor of Vezelay, and the sub-prefect of the district, and municipal councilors and tutti quanti ... In the room, many players on the Vézelien tended an ear, faute de mieux.

addition to a diagnosis of places, we then explained the philosophy of the project, not unlike its urgency. "We must quickly grasp the proposal of the President of the Republic, show that it is operational to conduct the work and do not ask for twenty years of scaffolding on the church! We must have the courage to take risks, but without making mistakes, like Viollet-le-Duc in his time. "

Decisions will be taken to Vézelay Vézelay

To start the operation, we could seek other funding partners: Europe and private foundations. Faced with such financiers weight, the risk would be for local decision makers, being totally dispossessed of the project. But as one senior official insisted "Decisions will be taken to Vézelay Vézelay. Let it come ...

actors of the meeting also stressed the need to move quickly, with a proposal for the contract plan in the coming weeks. But not everything can be done quickly. If emergency interventions are already known to the municipal staff - a large wardrobe in the mayor's office is filled with studies, it was recalled the scenes, improvisation is prohibited. This raises the question of monitoring that may be undertaken. The creation of a scientific committee has been strongly suggested. Then, the management of the renovation project and backup Site Vézelay not built to be mounted without an organization dedicated, a client, something like joint association.

Regardless of the work, hard not to note a desire for efficiency, while putting in place a clear, potential gas plant. In the meantime, the municipal team to shoot a lot of work, fast and well. Because Vézelay worth it!

How Long Can Gingerbread Dough Be In The Fridge?

Women harvest

The archives show that in 1422, the family bought a Saladin plantier vines at a place called "Chaveyron" in Saint Marcel d'Ardeche. Since then, 21 generations of winemakers, farmers have succeeded.

The selection of terroirs Domaine Saladin reveals a true exception in the world of wine vineyards have been cultivated and maintained organically. By choice and thanks to favorable soils here have never used pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or synthetic product. Previous generations did not even know existed!

A local family, a family of local

In September 2003 Elizabeth and Marie-Laurence, daughters of Louis and Annie Saladin created their first wines. Still students, they took up the torch of their father forced to follow a recovery.

Marie-Laurence graduated from a school of engineering in agriculture and Elizabeth a business school. Their half-brother Stephen, a graduate of Science Po Lyon held "Le Mazet" restaurant Annick their mother until 2009. This small farmhouse where the tools were put away once was dedicated to the local cuisine. Their uncle Paul, the elder brother of Louis, sent them in farming six acres of vines historical family in 2006.

And it's a great deal in the family works Saladin and transmits its knowledge (and live ...) from father to son and father to daughters.

bio inglorious but with love

Organic farming is a means to an end, Elizabeth and Marie-Laurence do not even on their bottles as the culture of their vineyards are certified " Farming "by the inspection body Ecocert.

For fervent defender of its land, its environment and its landscape, the family Saladin work generation after generation to the quality of its wines. So why only now remember?

Since the origin of Domaine Saladin the grapes are picked by hand with a team of pickers: friends, neighbors, students. The grapes are harvested at full maturity and after a careful sorting in the vineyard.

Elizabeth and Marie-Laurence, the bosses all the same, shared between the vineyards and cellar. They choose vinification in micro-batches, depending on the texture of the skin, stalk, seeds, intuition ...

The wines of the Domaine are natural, fermented without chemical additives (artificial yeasts, tannins, enzymes ...). Only a minimal amount of sulfur (100 times less than in other wine) is added to the tank and bottling. The yeasts sign wine and gave voice identity of each region.

The cellar is buried, and emphasizes the gravity system . A pneumatic press pampers the press wine. Breeding takes place in oak barrels and concrete vats for red wines. The white and rosé wines are vinified in buried and reared in stainless steel tanks. In the cellar, all played with the following tasting flavors, sensations and emotions.

I who write this article and who does not like wine (or red or white or blue, or green) when I heard two girls talking on the radio - France Inter on Episode FROM Marie-Pierre Planchon, Tuesday, September 28 - so to speak, of their product, their land, their work, their passion, I wanted to share. That's done.

Failing to taste their wine at once - but you could control your eyes closed - go have a look at their website (there are appropriate, including all Trade Shows where the Domain will be present for a tasting):
http://www.domaine-saladin.com/

You can also discover that a whole network of women winemakers in France was formed: Circle Wine Women gathers 80 winemakers from different regions French, Alsace, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Rhone Valley, Provence, Languedoc, Medoc, Touraine, etc ...
Their goals:
- Proclaiming that wine is a product of passion
- Pass through education compliance with this drink
- To discover the art of winemaking in a particular way
- Keep this heritage has not only shaped the landscape, but determined a way of life "French".

Usability, food, respect for the environment of their operations are inseparable from their approach to the Wine Culture. On their website, their pictures show that passion and temperament well marked, are magnificent:

Pedalboard - Evo 4

Small update pedalboard (4th edition) with the arrival of three new in the family of modulations:
  • Danelectro Chicken Salad: sold for a vibrato is rather a clone Univibe, with some small changes-simple by putting the guts to air.
  • Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensemble: as its name suggests ... a little less typical than the old EC-2 but very effective and versatile, with two pots of tightening the bandwidth of the treble and bass which increase the range of possible effects. Ideal with the TAR for the period Division Bell / Pulse.
  • a real Jewel: Electro Harmonix Deluxe Electric Mistress flanger mythical CEO, also heavily used by Andy Summers with Police. Inimitable, it's David Gilmour-In-A-Box for the entire period the Wall / Animals / Solo album of 1978. By far my favorite in the family of modulations. I think to add an LED to know if it is switched on or off without listening whether it flange or not.
alims The station HB are all busy, but I can power other pedals with a daisy chain using the juice out of the NS-2.

Ten Sports On Hotbird

Our world

With a little imagination , yet few exact mathematical data, if we could reduce the world population in a village of 100 people while maintaining the proportions of all people exist on Earth, that village would consist:
Asian
57 + 21 + 14 European American (North, Central and South) + 8 Africans;

There would be: 52 women and 48 men, 30 white and 70 nonwhite, 30 Christians and 70 non-Christians 89 heterosexuals and 11 homosexuals 6 people would possess

59% of total wealth and all 6 would originate in the USA;

80 would live in poor houses, 70 would be illiterate 50 would suffer from malnutrition 1 would be dying 1 would be being born 1 would own a computer, 1 (yes only one) have a university degree.

Other elements to measure your luck?

If you got up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million people who will not see next week.

If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture or the pangs of hunger, you are better than 500 million people.

If you can go to church without fear of being threatened, tortured or killed, you have a better position than 3 billion people.

If you have food in your refrigerator, clothes on you, a roof over your head and a place to sleep you are richer than 75% inhabitants of the earth.

If you have money in the bank, in your wallet and money in a small box, you are part of the 8% most privileged of the world.

If you are reading this message, you are doubly privileged, first because you live in a country where anyone could freely published this article on a blog because you're not part of the two billion people who can not read!

Very good week to you, and next Wednesday ...

Public Indoor Basketball Court In New Jersey

Claude Monet Palais

Another week, another tone. After the ugliness of the boxes in my article last week, here in praise of beauty and light: a major exhibition of the season, the largest retrospective to be devoted to the painter for 30 years Claude Monet .

In the real painting, a truly great artist, hard worker, who even lost for a moment, as he worked outside in full sun, or all the time. For over 60 years, Claude Monet painted tirelessly. His work, under the banner of realism in the 1860s, embodies the purest expression of Impressionism in the twentieth century and became one of the foundations of modern art. It's this whole journey rich and fertile that the exhibition demonstrates.

With almost two hundred paintings, she brings special loans from the Musée d'Orsay and national collections such as museums and private collections around the world, covering the entire career of the painter of light : forest landscapes and Normandy coast, winter landscapes and snow, of elegance to the garden ... to near-abstraction of "Water Lilies" on end of his life. Until January 24 at the Grand Palais in Paris.

The exhibition site, very interactive, though a bit long to load:

The site of the Grand Palais, to all the practical information:
See another of my blogs, an article on the house and the garden of Monet at Giverny:
